The Service collects the following personal information:
1. Social login data: email, name, profile picture (provided by Google/Kakao)
2. User-provided data: nickname, gender, date of birth, time of birth (solar/lunar)
3. Service usage records: interpretation requests (questions), interpretation results, credit transaction history
4. Automatically collected data: access time, browser information, referral path
1. Providing Saju interpretation services (analysis based on birth date/time)
2. Member identification and account management
3. Service improvement and statistical analysis
4. Payment processing and credit management
5. Providing personalized interpretation services (referencing previous consultation records)
1. Personal information is in principle deleted immediately upon member withdrawal.
2. Records required by law are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
Contract / withdrawal-of-subscription records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
Payment and supply-of-goods records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
Consumer complaint / dispute records: 3 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
Access logs: 3 months (Korean Telecommunications Privacy Act)
The Service does not provide personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except in the following cases:
1. When required by law.
2. For payment processing:
Recipients: Korea PortOne Co., Ltd. (PortOne), Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (KRW payments), Gumroad Inc., Stripe Inc. (USD payments)
Purpose: Payment authorization, cancellation / refund processing, fraud prevention
Items: Card issuer name, approval number, amount, transaction time, order ID (full card numbers are not collected)
Retention: 5 years under Korean E-Commerce Act
3. Cross-border transfer notice: USD payments via Gumroad or Stripe may transfer payment data to the United States.
The Service delegates personal data processing to the following providers:
1. Cloud hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA), Neon Inc. (USA)
2. AI analysis: Anthropic PBC (USA) — Saju interpretation data processing
3. Payment processing:
Korea PortOne Co., Ltd. (PortOne) — Payment gateway integration and transaction routing
Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (Korea) — Card, bank transfer, and virtual account processing
Gumroad Inc., Stripe Inc. (USA) — International payment processing

1. Members may view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time.
2. Members can update their information or withdraw their account through the profile page.
3. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact the Service administrator.
1. All data transmissions are protected via SSL/TLS encryption.
2. Passwords are not stored; only social login authentication tokens are managed.
3. Access to personal information is limited to authorized administrators only.
