Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Hwajodang (the 'Service') and its users for the AI-powered Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) interpretation service.

1. 'Member' refers to a person who has registered and agreed to these Terms.

2. 'Credits' refers to the virtual payment units used to access the Service.

3. 'Interpretation' refers to the AI-generated Saju analysis based on the member's birth date and time.

1. The Service provides AI-powered Saju (Korean astrology) interpretations.

2. Interpretations are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of results or any specific outcomes.

1. Registration is completed through social login (Google, Kakao).

2. Members may withdraw at any time through the Service's settings.

3. Upon withdrawal, all member data (profile, interpretation history, remaining credits) will be immediately and permanently deleted.

1. Credits are a digital good usable only within the Service.

2. Payment amounts and credit quantities are specified on the payment page and added to the member's account upon successful payment.

3. Withdrawals (refunds) are governed by the separate Refund Policy page and comply with Article 17 of the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act for KRW purchases.

4. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed (deducted) to deliver a reading are non-refundable, as the service has already been provided.

5. The usage and refund period for charged credits is one (1) year from the date of payment.

6. After one year, any remaining credits may be automatically forfeited within five (5) years of the payment date in accordance with the Service's policy.

7. Purchased credits may not be transferred between members.

8. Refunds are processed only via the original payment method.

The Service may restrict usage in the following cases:

1. Using another person's information or accessing the Service through fraudulent means

2. Interfering with Service operations or using the Service maliciously

3. Violating applicable laws or these Terms

1. The Service provides AI-based analysis results; fortune telling and Saju interpretations are for entertainment purposes.

2. Members are solely responsible for all decisions and actions made based on the Service.

3. The Service is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or system failures.

The Service may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will notify members through the Service. Members who do not agree with the changes may withdraw their membership.
